　　地处川沙镇西南角的连民村内，游客为难得的水陆景观、果蔬采摘、传统手工制作等丰富的田园体验活动慕名而来。11幢外观、主题各异的宿予民宿提供了餐饮、住宿和文创体验空间，原住村民与游客们互动得开心。

　　而往北去8公里的新春村，距迪士尼仅有10分钟车程。粉墙黛瓦的馨庐民宿日日爆满，一顿丰盛的早餐后，民宿接驳车将住客送往迪士尼，再在夜色渐浓时接回。

　　在川沙镇副镇长徐闽看来，同是乡村，这种差异化恰是体现了乡村振兴中应“靠山吃山，靠水吃水”的理念。“新春村利用靠近迪士尼的地理优势发展以住宿为主的民宿，而连民村相对偏僻，迪士尼很难辐射到，但它地域广，景色美，水域丰富，有独特的资源禀赋。”徐闽表示。

　　作为川沙新镇区域面积最大的行政村，连民村有五纵五横景观水系，132条段河。丰富的水系和土地资源使村内特色农业发达，拥有松江海玲珑足浴 有没有23个特色专业合作社。

　　如何将连民村优质的自然资源转化为乡村新的产业增长点？

　　徐家汇连廊一期项目今年内将完工，最快明年上半年向公众开放。连廊二期计划最快于明年启动建设。

　　如今，项目进展如何？记者日前探访发现，截至目前，连廊一期围挡内的主体钢结构、桥面结构、排水系统和除电梯设备外的机电系统均上海青浦娱乐已完成安装。建成后供人们行走的二层桥面也完成超过一半的铺装，桥面绿化同步完成60%的种植，包裹连廊“身体”的不锈钢吊顶板的安装量也接近70%……这条连廊正逐渐揭开面纱。而其背后，是一系列关于城市空间设计的新技术与新理念。

　　连廊不仅仅是“人行天桥”

　　设计理念兼具自然元素和实用功能的人性化空间，是“城市中的公共艺术品”

　　徐家汇空中连廊一期东至天钥桥路，北至肇嘉浜路，西至漕溪北路，南至美罗城和汇联商厦。连廊一期实际长度约400米，桥梁投影面积近5000平方米。项目以架空的平台连接T20大厦(原西亚宾馆)、美罗城、美罗大厦、太平洋数码广场二期、汇联商厦等商圈内主要商业建筑，因此与沿线商家有多个出入口相连。连廊主体结构建造的同时，同步实施景观照明、给排水、楼扶梯等附属设施建设，总计已有400余名建设者参与连廊一期施工。

　　8月上旬，记者来到施工现场，连廊二层平台已能拾阶而上。踏上铺设了砖红色地板的平台，通透的视觉效果、可远眺整个徐家汇商圈的位置优势，令人顿感心旷神怡。整个连廊的风貌也已成型，简约设计风格与自然体验相结合，如桥面栏杆采用的是“316L”不锈钢网片，这一类不锈钢别称为钛钢，具备光泽度佳、耐腐蚀性强等特点，连廊立柱、紧固件以及作为围栏的网片均采用这一材料，在满足防护性能的同时达到美观效果。

　　连廊设计师雅克·费尔叶是2010上海世博会法国馆的设计者。这位法国“严格主义”建筑大师的作品呈现出三个特点：彰显功能性，没有多余装饰，剥离出材质最原始的元素。按照他的设计理念，徐家汇连廊不仅仅是一座人行天桥，更是一处兼具自然元素和实用功能的人性化空间，“成为城市中的公共艺术品”。

　　秉承这一设计理念，眼下，人们已经能从徐家汇连廊的建成段看到不少传统市政天桥不曾尝试的元素。比如，栏杆桥面种植了多种有品质的灌木和小乔木，其中最具特色的是从日本移植而来、已有40多年树龄的一棵日本羽毛枫。这棵羽毛枫形态宛如黄山迎客松，秋天树叶变成火红，仿佛在热情迎接过往行人。连廊桥面绿化还引进了黄金香柳、玫红蒲苇、佛甲草等植物种类，不锈钢围栏上则穿插了藤本月季等一年可开两、三季花的藤本植物。有趣的是，它们的生长方式并非普通天桥常见的规整姿态，而是略带狂野的姿势。从车行道仰视连廊，能看到一簇簇花束、青草从桥面伸出“脑袋”。这恰好契合了雅克的设计初衷，让人们游走在有树、有草的优美空间，忘却四周的车水马龙。

　　连廊一期的主体为钢结构

　　隐藏技术不锈钢材料容易反光，因此选用5种反光比例不同的材料拼接成外立面

　　记者采访时正值台风“利奇马”登陆在即，徐汇区建管委综合科科长施敏说，连宝山唛歌ktv廊工地的防台防汛，首要措施就是防范高空坠物。因此，连廊二层平台种植的低矮乔木的根基土壤厚度普遍达1米以上，厚重的土壤既保证树木不会倒伏，也起到保持桥体重心平衡的作用。

　　连廊的地板也颇为讲究。二层平台供人行走的地板上部面层，铺装的是日本进口的树脂防腐木“越秀木”，其防腐及耐久年限长达10年，防腐性能远高于普通天桥采用的常规防腐木，既不易被雨水泡烂，也不容易发生形变或翘起。随着时间推移，地板颜色会从砖红色逐渐变为浅灰，而这也是设计师的巧思之一，让连廊每一年的景观都有变化。木地板的一大好处是人们行走时脚底触感较柔软，对减少震感有一定作用。据悉，徐家汇连廊的抗震设防烈度为7级。

　　不过，海外设计师到了中国，也需要作出一些“本地化”调整。夏天的14时左右，完全暴露在日光下的二层平台会让人无法停留。施敏说，设计师考虑到徐家汇商圈高楼密集，连廊的位置在11时前与15时后都没有直接日照，因此最初的设计没有遮阳设施。但考虑到中国老百姓对遮阳的需求和上海梅雨季、台风天的特点，二层平台将建设5座信息亭，每座直径约13米，集合遮风挡雨、信息发布、大数据采集与显示、技防监控、人声广播、商场指示牌、盲人指向标志等功能。

　　设计偏好与实用功能的平衡在徐家汇连廊随处可见。连廊一期工程主体为钢结构，选用5大类共1.5万块不同表面处理形式的316L不锈钢板，作为连廊桥体下部的装饰顶板。为何要用5种不同材质、不同色泽的钢板为连廊“裁衣”？施敏说，由于不锈钢材料容易出现反光，因此设计方与交警部门对接后，决定采用5种反光比例不同的材料拼接成外立面。如沿马路的一侧就采用完全不会反光的白色的不锈钢拼接板，马路内侧虹口区丰镇浴场价格则采用有一定镜面反光效果的外立面，增强桥体通透性。

　　经常找不到能打桩的位置

　　施工难度地下被各类管线填满，每次打桩像“打地鼠”，要找到各种刁钻的“空隙”

　　与徐家汇连廊一期上海虹口喜来登酒店婚礼相邻的建筑中，建造于西亚宾馆原址的T20大厦结构最特别。大楼1至2层是半户外式公共空间，3至7层是停车场，8至9层则是被花园围绕的办公空间，10至15层又是封闭式办公空间。这一“脑洞大开”的设计结构，同样出自雅克之手。

　　记者实地上海松江区娱乐观察发现，T20大厦二层与连廊二层有大约6米的平行距离，且两座外形“神爱上海油压论坛2019似”的建筑之间只有两处连接口。施敏介绍，连廊与T20大厦对接的施工难度最大，其一是连廊主体距离大厦较远，其二是T20大厦本身也是悬挑结构，连廊找不到借力点把自己“搭”到大厦“身上”。

　　这只是徐家汇连廊诸多技术难点中的一项。

　　连廊一期的起点位于汇联商厦三层，但连廊二层桥面高度为7米，略低于商场入口。如何解决标高对不齐的问题？

　　设计师在位于天钥桥路肇嘉浜路的转弯口，为连廊设计了一条较为平缓的坡度，行人可缓缓上坡通往商场。同样的情况也出现在美罗城，商普陀山海鲜酒店(普陀店)怎么样场二楼星巴克的户外阳台与连廊设有出入口，但却比连廊二层平台低半米多。最终，设计方案是从连廊搭建一座楼梯接入星巴克平台。

　　地下结构遇到的难题更为“刁钻”。记者采访时，连廊二层平台已搭建至建设中的太平洋数码广场二期，正等待后者地下空间的底板完成浇筑。推倒重建松江有哪些ktv的太平洋数码二期地下结构分三层，与连廊的地下基础存在相互影响，采取太平洋数码搭一层、连廊再往上搭一层的方式，确保双方地下结构稳定，不会出现位移。

　　连廊二期吊装难度会更大

　　吊装挑战漕溪北路“那一跨”或许是整个徐家汇连廊最大难点，也是挑战所在

　　如果从空中俯瞰连廊一期，靠近T20大厦的一段弧度最明显，仿佛一个人弯起身子环抱着一棵大树。施敏说，T20大厦的地下结构不像它的外表那样“清瘦”，连廊与大厦间的地下空间几乎都是T20大厦的基础结构。连廊的桥柱大多距离T20大厦5米至10米以上。这使得连廊的承重立柱要集体往远离大厦的一侧外靠，连廊的主结构也要向外弯曲，就像赛车驶过弯道时，因离心力不得不向外“甩开”一样。

　　“这段连廊的重心其实是‘偏’的，不仅建造难度大，每根桥柱的受力方向、受力程度也不同，有的被桥体向下压，有的被桥体往上拔，蛮复杂的。”

　　另一项难点是桥面吊装。虽然连廊桥面均由工厂生产好预制板后运送到现场拼装，但商圈从白昼到夜晚的人流、车流不减，只能在深夜吊装。

　　明年即将开工建设的连廊二期还将面临一个更为艰巨的“吊装挑战”——长度可达50米的桥面如一次完成吊装，身形如此“高大”的桥体如何运送到市中心就是一大难点；如果分两次吊装进行拼接，就要在漕溪北路中央打一根临时桩承重，而这条主干道的地下，恰恰是轨交1号线站点通道与地铁隧道。此外，主干道上方的桥梁吊装也会对徐家汇的交通有所影响，需要交警部门与徐汇建管委等多方协调。

　　“这一段或许是整个徐家汇连廊最大难点，也是建设连廊的挑战所在，要让不可能变成可能。”（解放日报 舒抒）
